“Cannot say enough good things about this company. I got a referral from a friend when what was supposed to be a routine kitchen faucet replacement went beyond my comfort level fast and  we were stuck without water. Called them at 4:30and was told between 6-8 pm. They were there by 6:15. Miles was the plumber they sent out and he was super professional, personable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and we were happy. I also work in the service industry in a different trade and hope that my techs represent our company as well as he did. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.”

“I called Proactive Plumbing after my 2 year old decided to flush some of his toys down the toilet, within 30 minutes of my call Mike was knocking on my door ready to fix the problem. He was very professional in accessing the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for his services. He got the toys out after removing the toilet on the spot and even cleaned up the mess I had made trying to fix it myself.

“Wow.  Wow.  Wow!  Great customer service, experience, and price!   Mike rocks!  Long story...short...water heater started leaking.  Called Proactive and they came in 1 hour (an hour before they even promised me initially).   If you try calling others, you get no response to I can come next Weds.   Mike and team are awesome.  I asked about adding some things and he gave me the exact right answer for each.  Definitely NOT trying to make a few extra bucks.  Great team and I'll hopefully never need them again, but, if I need a plumber, I know exactly where to go!   Great job and thanks to all!”
